Find Machine Hard home

1 . Press Shift and Go Home on the keypad to the index gantry , carriage , and Z assembly .

2 . Press Shift and Five to open the chuck and remove the tool from the tool changer

Changing / removing Tool and Collet

1 . Take out the Tool Holder and open it by turning the Collet nut and the end with two wrenches.

2 . Take out the toolbit and unscrew the tool holder to seperate collet and chuck.

3 . Select the size of the Collet and the tool bit to be inserted and test by inserting the tool in collet.

4 . After deciding itis the correct size , Place the collet in the collet nut and insert the toolbit and assemble the Tool holder by srewing back .

5 . Tighten the Tool holder by using wrencehs and place the Tool holder back in the same place.

The Tool holder must be placed back in the same place where it has ben taken out of.

The tool holder must be placed by turning it inside, without pushing as shown in the image to the right.
