Monthly maintenance

1 . The racks, Y- and Z-axes screws, and X-axis screws on the MT Series routing system should be cleaned with a scrub brush

2 . Degrease once a month following the same lubrication procedure described earlier in addition to the daily and weekly cleaning .

3 . Once the racks are clean, operators should apply a bead of the lithium-based grease.
