Set maximum depth and surface

1 . Press Jog Arrows to position the tool over the spoilboard. Place the grounding craedl on the ATC mounting groove ion the spindle tool holder.

2 . Press Set Max Depth to set the maximum depth for the bit.

3 . Place the surface block underneath the tool adn top of the tabletop or at the required maximujm depth.

4 . Press Z-axis Jog Arrowsto lower the spindle until the end of the tool is just above the surface block.

5 . Press and hold Zero to begin the Maximum Depth routine. This wil cause the Z-axis to move down slowly until the tool comes in comtact with the surface block and then move up above the surface block to the Tool Lift Height

6 . Remove the grounding collar adn surface block before beginning work

Setting up surface

3 . Place the surface block on top of the material underneath the tool.

6 . Remove the guarding collar and surface block before beginning work.

The Thickness of the material will be displayed on the screen ater calibrating the surface

1 . Press Jog arrows to position the toolbiut anywhere over the matrerial to be cut.Place teh grounding collar on the ATC mounting groove in the spindle tool holder

2 . Press set surface and enter the tool number.

4 . Press Z-axis Jog arrows to lower the Z-axis until the end of the tool is just above the surface block.

5 . Press and hold Zero to begin the surfacing routine.This will cause the Z-axis to move down slowly until the tool comes in contact with the surface block and then moveup above the surface block to the tool lift height.
