Honing

The machine needs to be honed so that the spindle warms up before performing any operation. The process of honing is explained below :

Turn ON the Main MCB

Turn ON the Multicam Control box

Follow the below operations to hone the machine :

Step 3

The spindle warms up at 3 different speeds's and gets readyd for machining

Turning on the Table Vaccum

The table vaccum must be on so that the surface and maximum depth can be set properly.

On compressor MCB

Turn on the Filter Compressor and Pump Compressor

Turn on Dust Collector

Click on Home button
Click on enter button
Tool No.1 gets picked
